SeasonPro TRIAL Terms of Use

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of SeasonPro, a platform provided by Isoblue Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By signing up for a trial or using SeasonPro, you agree to these Terms.

2. The SeasonPro Trial

We offer a free trial to help you evaluate SeasonPro.

During the trial:

• We may import and configure your league data on your behalf

• We will provide access to a working version of the platform

• There is no obligation to continue after the trial

The trial is provided to help you understand how SeasonPro works in practice.

3. Your Responsibilities

You confirm that:

• You are authorised to act on behalf of your league or organisation

• Any data you provide (including club or official details) can be shared with us for the purpose of setting up and operating SeasonPro

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge

4. What SeasonPro Does (and Doesn’t Do)

SeasonPro is designed to support:

• League communications

• Compliance tracking

• Season management workflows

SeasonPro does not manage:

• Fixtures

• Player registration

These functions remain the responsibility of governing bodies such as The Football Association or equivalent organisations.

5. Data and Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

In summary:

• You (the league) remain the data controller

• We act as a data processor on your behalf

• We only use your data to provide and support SeasonPro

6. Trial Period and After

At the end of the trial:

• You may choose to continue with SeasonPro under a separate agreement

• If you do not continue, we will retain your data for up to 30 days, after which it will be securely deleted

You may request earlier deletion at any time.

7. Availability and Support

During the trial:

• We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed

• Features and functionality may evolve

• Support is provided on a reasonable, best-efforts basis

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SeasonPro for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to access data that does not belong to your organisation

• Interfere with or disrupt the service

9. Liability

SeasonPro is provided “as is” during the trial.

To the extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

• Our liability is limited to a reasonable level reflecting the fact that the trial is provided free of charge

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

10. Ending the Trial

You can stop using SeasonPro at any time.

We may suspend or end access if:

• These Terms are breached

• The service is misused

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SeasonPro means you accept any updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
