SeasonPro Data Processing Agreement
This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) explains how Isoblue Limited processes data on behalf of SeasonPro users.
1. Roles
You (the league/organisation) are the Data Controller
We (Isoblue / SeasonPro) are the Data Processor
This means:
You decide what data is used and why
We process that data on your behalf
2. What Data We Process
We may process:
Names of club officials and volunteers
Email addresses
Contact details
League, club, and role information
We do not intend to process sensitive personal data unless explicitly required and agreed.
3. Why We Process It
We only process your data to:
Set up your SeasonPro account
Import and structure your league data
Enable communication and compliance features
Support your use of the platform
We do not:
Sell your data
Use it for unrelated marketing
Share it with third parties (except essential service providers)
4. How We Handle Data
We:
Store data securely using modern cloud infrastructure
Restrict access to authorised personnel only
Apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards
We take a practical, proportionate approach to security, suitable for grassroots organisations.
5. Sub-processors
We may use trusted service providers (for example, hosting or email delivery services) to operate SeasonPro.
These providers:
Only process data on our instructions
Are required to meet appropriate security standards
A list of sub-processors is available on request.
6. Data Transfers
Data is stored and processed within the UK or EEA, or in jurisdictions with appropriate safeguards.
7. Data Retention
During the trial: data is retained to provide the service
After the trial: data is deleted within 30 days unless you continue
You can request deletion at any time.
8. Your Responsibilities
You confirm that:
You have a lawful basis for sharing the data with us
You have informed relevant individuals (e.g. club officials) as required
The data you provide is appropriate and necessary
9. Helping You Meet GDPR Obligations
We will support you where reasonable with:
Data access requests
Correction or deletion requests
General data protection queries
10. Data Breaches
If we become aware of a data breach affecting your data, we will:
Notify you promptly
Provide relevant information
Take appropriate steps to resolve the issue
11. Ending the Relationship
When your use of SeasonPro ends:
We will delete or return your data (your choice where practical)
Any retained data will be securely handled
12. Keeping It Simple
We’ve written this agreement in plain English because:
Good data protection should be understood, not hidden in legal jargon.
