SeasonPro launches with Derby Junior Football League for the 2026–27 season
We’re pleased to share that SeasonPro, our new season management and communication platform for grassroots sports leagues, is now being used by Derby Junior Football League as they prepare for the 2026–27 football season.
Derby Junior Football League is now using SeasonPro to help manage over 50 clubs, 450 teams across 7 age groups, bringing key league administration, club communication and season preparation into one place.

SeasonPro has not been designed as a generic database or an off-the-shelf admin tool. It has been developed around the practical needs of grassroots league administrators, where much of the work is carried out by volunteers who need clear information, reliable workflows and less manual chasing.
From one dashboard, league officers can manage season information, track club and team submissions, see which clubs have completed required actions, and send targeted communications to the right people at the right time. The live SeasonPro page describes these core functions as club communication, compliance tracking, role-based dashboards, automated reminders and season roll-forward.
The aim is simple: to reduce repeated admin and give leagues a clearer view of their season.
Helping clubs as well as leagues
A key part of SeasonPro is the club-facing dashboard. Rather than asking clubs to respond to long email chains or complete separate spreadsheets, clubs can log in, see what needs doing, update their own information and respond to league requirements through the system.
This gives clubs a clearer experience and gives the league better visibility.
SeasonPro also includes countdowns and key date reminders, helping clubs understand when important tasks need to be completed. This is particularly useful during busy periods such as team continuation, registration preparation and season setup.
Designed to reduce spreadsheet dependency
Most leagues we speak to are not short of commitment or experience. They are short of time.
Spreadsheets often start out as a practical solution, but over time they can become difficult to manage. Multiple versions, missing updates, manual checking and repeated email reminders all add to the workload.
SeasonPro replaces much of that with a single online system where clubs update their own information and league administrators can monitor progress in real time. The system also includes import and export tools, so leagues retain ownership of their data and are not locked away from their own records.

SeasonPro has been developed by Isoblue, a Derbyshire-based web and systems company with long experience creating practical online tools for organisations whose work depends on good data, clear communication and reliable processes.
