RMA Pro was originally created for Halfords to decrease return cycles and gain control of the value chain of recycled raw materials.
Complaints of any type can be handled via a simple online form. If the complaints involves RMA's of one or more products, the initial complaint is the header for any number of returned products, each of which is treated an an individual investigation.
Complaints are displayed on a table colour coded for punctuality, graphs of KPI's and costs are provided for monitoring and investigation purposes.
The system also allows quarantine control and disposal monitoring for auditing and control purposes.
