Isoblue does not collect any personal information about you (such as your name, e-mail address etc), except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information. We obtain personal information about you when you use our website to contact us via the website form or directly via email.

If you subscribe to one of our services and pay us a recurring monthly fee, your card information is not stored by us, it is collected by our third party payment processor, GoCardless. GoCardless have been awarded ISO 27001 certification and with GoCardless you are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
